We would like to inform you that the Central Bank of Libya has issued its circular (Ref. CBL/2025/563), instructing all banks to extend working hours until 5:00 p.m., from Sunday, October 12, 2025, to Thursday, October 16, 2025.
This measure aims to facilitate and streamline cash withdrawal operations.
Furthermore, please note that the SMS-based appointment booking system "Ehjez" will continue to operate as usual, with an increase in available appointment slots during this period to accommodate a larger number of our valued customers.
We would also like to confirm that ATMs remain available for your service 24/7 and are replenished with cash daily to ensure service continuity and reduce congestion at our branches.
We highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These measures are intended to ensure smooth service delivery and fair access to available liquidity, in full compliance with the directives of the Central Bank of Libya.
