The Board of Directors of Assaray Trade and Investment Bank announces the postponement of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, originally scheduled for Wednesday, 28 October 2026, for organizational reasons.
The new date, time and venue of the meeting, together with the agenda items, will be communicated in a subsequent official notice, in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
