What type of card does the ATM accept?

ATIB ATMs accept only ATIB prepaid card and Direct debit cards.

What should I do if the ATM didn't release the money, despite accepting the card?

1- After completing any transaction, we always advise verifying the card transactions through ATIB Online. 2- If you can't obtain the cash from the ATM, please check your card balance via ATIB Online. 3- If you find the amount deducted, please wait 24 hours max, as the system will automatically handle the error during this period. 4- You can always contact our team through ATIB Call Center for any inquiries regarding this matter.

What do I do if I forget the password?

You can resend your PIN code through SMS from ATIB Online, or contact the ATIB Call Center or visit the nearest branch during working hours.

How many wrong attempts are allowed to enter the PIN code?

3 attempts.

What do I do if the ATM captures my card?

If the ATM captured your card, please get in touch with our call center, or visit the nearest branch during business hours with proof of identification
