ATIB's e-wallet, "ATIB Pay," is a mobile application that works as a secure digital card and can carry out a range of financial transactions: 1. Reload ATIB Prepaid domestic cards. 2. Transfer money from one wallet to another instantly. 3. Purchase internet and phone vouchers. 4. QR payment 5. View your card and wallet history for the last ten transactions.

Thanks to the facial recognition feature, you can sign up for this service online. You have to download "ATIB Pay" application from the Google Play Store or the App Store and click on the "Register" button at the bottom to complete the form correctly. Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive an SMS from "ePayment" containing your OTP if the service is activated or a message on your e-mail rejecting your subscription and the reason for rejection within 24 hours during working days.

You must go to the nearest branch to fill out the ATIB Pay form and activate the service, along with your passport and a valid residence permit.

You can pay your purchases with "ATIB Pay" at any POS with a "Tadawul Pass" network sticker or by reloading your ATIB prepaid card at more than +5,000 POSs across Libya.

ATIB Pay app works on any smartphone with Android OS version 4.4 or later and iOS 8 or later.

You cannot have more than one wallet with one phone number. The wallet owner must ensure owning their mobile phone number to safeguard their security and financial safety.

No, each person can have only one card.

You can link multiple prepaid cards to your wallet. However, all the additional cards have to be registered under your name and national number.

You cannot transfer money from your wallet to another card unless it is linked to your wallet, but you can transfer money from your wallet to another wallet.

To reload your wallet, please follow the following steps: 1- After ensuring the wallet is selected on the home page by dragging the wallet, press on the main menu (≡). 2- Click the "Money Transfer" option, then "Transfer from the bank account." 3- Enter the reload amount. 4- Confirm the transfer by entering the OTP you will receive via an SMS.

Through ATIB Pay, you can purchase using a QR payment very quickly. However, before making a purchase, you must ensure that your phone is connected to the internet and that the "Tadawul Pass" service is available at the point of sale. Then you can pay your purchases through the following steps: 1. Click on the main menu (≡) and choose the "QR Pay" option 2. Click on the QR code, and then make sure that the camera is directed towards the POS code. 3. Enter the amount of the purchase, and pay!

You must contact ATIB Call Center.

To change the password: 1. Click on the circle that contains your name initial at the top of the screen. 2. Then, click "Password" and enter the current password. 3. Enter the new password, and confirm it by entering it again in the following field.

If the password is entered incorrectly more than four times, the account will be suspended temporarily. You must wait and try again after 5 minutes.

All data and transactions are secured with complex encryption algorithms, VPN IPsec, and SSH-secured connections.
